What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supervising a multi-skilled crew during daily maintenance and operational tasks
• Coordinating resources, schedules, and equipment across site shifts
• Driving safety-first culture and ensuring
• HSEQ compliance Reporting performance metrics and continuous improvement opportunities
• Acting as the key liaison between site teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, mining, or energy sectors
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, bulk handling equipment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Commitment to team safety, performance, and accountability
